The number of children at Mants'ase changes constantly; there are between 40 and 50 children at the Home at any given time.  Children are regularly placed at Mants'ase by Social Welfare.  Children leave when they are placed with relatives by Social Welfare or are adopted.  Unfortunately Lesotho does not currently allow inter-country adoptions; we will update the site if and when they are allowed again.
